New Election to fill vacant Secretary position.
All members who previously declared to vote in the 2025 election are still eligible, and encouraged to vote in this special election to fill the vacant Secretary position.

The start of the meeting is Friday, June 6, 2025.

Candidates interested in running for the position of Secretary must express their intent to run and their qualifications for the position in the new forum thread.
Announcement by potential candidates of intent to run for a position will be open for one (1) week (open until June 13, 2025) and discussion for potential candidates will be open for 10 days (open until June 16, 2025) from the start date of the meeting.

All discussion must be fundamentally courteous and orderly. Any member who fails or refuses to engage in discussion or debate in an orderly and courteous manner may be ejected from the electronic meeting by order of the President or by a vote of the Board of Directors.

After 10 days, discussion will close and the opening of voting will be formally announced in the forum meeting section. All threads referencing a candidate’s intention to run for a position will be locked.

Voting for Secretary will take place on the forum by use of the forum polling feature. Only members who declared their intent to participate in the original 2025 elections will have vote access.
At the conclusion of the second week (June 20, 2025) the polls will be closed and locked, the voting results will be announced on the forum and the electronic meeting will be formally closed. The newly elected Secretary shall be seated on the day following the conclusion of the electronic meeting.
